		<description>I would agree with Kathe, to be healthy one must be prepared!  Almonds are one of my personal favorites.  I keep a bag of them in my desk drawer at all times.  A hand full is all you need.  It will kill the hunger pain in no time flat!!!

Pack in your brief case or whatever, a couple of apples or other such fruit, a can of v8 (my personal favorite)...even a slice of good whole wheat bread in a ziplock or a Special K protein bar.    Once you&#039;ve figured out what is easy to pack and store, get a small supply and you&#039;re ready for any meeting/conference,etc !</description>
