Spend any time in Harrisonburg or the surrounding area and you’ll soon be asked, “Have you had breakfast at the Little Grill?” Many swear it is the best breakfast location anywhere in the world, some make it a weekly family activity to go for a Bricker’s Son, Breakfast Burrito, Huevos Rancheros, the Breezer, or Blue Monkey Pancakes (see the breakfast menu here). If you’re going on a weekend, be prepared for a short wait!
The small restaurant is run as a collective, meaning the workers have ownership interest – and it shows. You’ll feel like your at home in family atmosphere and people you’ve never met seem like old friends.
I went this morning and make a point to get my favorite side: spicy potatoes.
